Man I really loving seeing my nephew enjoying hockey. He puts in a lot of work and he loves the game.

I really love the fact that my brother has taken the time to learn the game himself. I doubt he will play with him though lol. Happy Motorsports Awareness Month! What started out as a celebration of all things motorsports has now grown to even including safety awareness!

Motorsports requires a lot of focus. It wasn’t until I went to Dega and ran the Bonefrog OCR that I knew how mentally sharp race car drivers have to be in order to be successful in the sport. The turns were crazy and hitting them at high speeds blew my mind!!!

I celebrated my 41st birthday yesterday. I finally made it to a Yankees game. This was a dream of mine since 95-96. Talk about someone being happy!

I woke up today excited because I am looking forward to helping athletes achieve their goals. I want them to feel the same joy that I had sitting in the Sun watching the Yankees play. We lost, but that is neither here nor there lol.
